An alkaline body is a healthier body.  Our systems become acidic with stress, eating certain acidic creating foods, exercise and even from the natural processes

 of digestion and metabolism.

Whether we need to drink water that is filtered through expensive water systems that make it alkaline is questionable.  While the water has really caught on in Japan and is just starting to be talked about here in the US, keep in mind that people are making a living off of selling these products, (like everything else in the world) but does that make is something that is really necessary.

The claims that they can help with cancer and other health conditions, exploit vulnerable people - people who are sick.  There are so many different products that can help fight and even prevent cancer, which one is the best?

The cost and efficiency of the water systems vary so greatly and there is not much information on these water systems that has been translated into English, it will be awhile before these machines become more than hype.
